UniNano® NIR-II
Small animal imaging system
Small animal imaging system (Spectral Rang 900-1700nm), next generation fluorescence imaging system.
NIR-II imaging feature deeper penetration depths (1–2 cm) and higher resolution (sub-15 μm) with reduced scattering and minimized autofluorescence.
The camera uses selected InGaAs focal plane arrays withvery low native dark current and low defective pixels.Combined with stable offset and state of the art linearization response, the camera allows reproducibeacquisition from microsecond range up to minutes exposure for precise metrology measurements in the SWIR spectrum. An even laser emitting over the entire animal @808nm enables excitation through deep tissue depth.Fast frame rate up to 120 frames per second allowslive recording over multiple spectral range of interest / time laps imaging evolution of fluorescent signal over time.
