When a sample is completed with the analysis, it can be merged with the bright image so that the location of the fluorescence can be confirmed. Region Of Interest (ROI) can be designated in a shape of rectangle, circle, polygon or it can be set automatically. Then the ROI can be quantified and the data will be shown in a table form. The data then can be open with Microsoft excel or other text programs.
